　　之前去埔里玩都是在客運附近租摩托車，剛好這次在南投縣政府官網看到「順騎自然」腳踏車的資訊，於是決定來一個自行車遊埔里的小旅行

　　We   have serveral options to  traveling in Puli such as  by  motorcyle  and   car but now you have one more  choice,  BYCYCLE. 

　　順騎自然是一間非常特別的單車租賃店，一進去就有滿滿的電動車及五種不同的自行車種，另外，左邊牆上有來自各地喜歡騎單車同好的照片牆、旅遊資訊、還有很多可愛的印章可以印在自己的小本子上。

　　在這裡能選擇自行騎著單車到處探索，也可以來個不一樣的「小旅行」，會有順騎自然的解說員帶著你按照規劃的路線導覽，但如果有其他想去的地方不在規劃路線內，可以跟解說員討論，來個貼心的客製化行程。

　　545  Bike is  a special store for renting  bicycle.  There are lots of  eletronic motorcycles and  five different kinds of  bicycles.  You     can  ride the bike by y ourselves. Also, you can    ask a tour guide  in 545 bike to start a trip.   You will travel by the route  that 545 bike  planing for. Besides, if you have any ideas, you can discuss with the tour guide.

　　到了演習林/燕始林，可以看見兩旁有滿滿的椰子樹，聽工作人員俊維解說，原來這片樹林在日據時代，除了是中興大學的學生實驗林場外，也是防空練習的避難所，因此有「演習林」之稱。

　　This is  called  "Yen Shih Forest".  We saw   coconut tree in both sides.  It is said that  this forest was a experiment forest  in  Japanese  colonial era.

　　沿著隆生路繼續騎，右側便可以看到義女廟。這是台灣唯一一座奉祀天水嬸的廟宇。據紀載，天水夫人姓名為何翠巒， 丈夫杜天水為貿易商人，當時漢人與平埔族人發生嚴重衝突，天水嬸自願當人質化解糾紛，後來卻因為耽誤歸時遭誤殺，從此漢人、原住民和平相處，為感念天水夫人的犧牲，故建廟奉祀。

Along the road, there is  Yi-Nui Temple.  This is the only temple for  worshipping  Mrs. Tianshui.  In the legend,  due to  conflict, Mrs. Tianshui  volunteered to  be a hostage to  solve the dispute.  However,  she was killed by misunderstanding.  Therefore,  Aboriginal and  Han people  get along peacefully. 

　　沿路上都可以看到一片綠油油的農作物，看似像水稻，但卻比稻子還大，原來這些田種的就是埔里有名的茭白筍(美人腿)，看埔里農會的介紹，從5/4開始還有一連串的美人腿活動：茭白筍田間快樂塗鴉趣、茭白筍DIY活動、休閒生態之旅體驗，如果有一雙美人腿還可以參加美人腿選拔活動哦！

　　We can see lots of farmland of water bamboo. Although it looks like rice, it is much bigger than rice. 

　　有時農田旁邊還可以看到老祖先的智慧－石砌牆。利用天然的石塊，用最適合的角度緊密排列，雖然每一顆石頭大小不一，但也是最穩固的平衡。

　　The wisdom of ancestors- stone wall. Stones have different sizes  but  they are  packed  tightly.  

　　途中左邊映入一片壯觀的樹林，就是傳說中的黑森林，由黑板樹形成的小森林，沒想到在滿是蔬果種植區的埔里也有這麼壯觀的地方。喜歡拍照的朋友絕對不能錯過這個地方，兩排緊密的黑板樹就像南怡島的中央紅松路一樣，非常適合拍照。

The black forest are composed by Green Maple. It is a great place for taking pictures.

　　令我們最驚喜的地方莫過於「白鷺鷥的家」，在這片亂中有序的樹林裡，不時可以看到很多白鷺鷥，只可惜白鷺鷥飛太快了，拍了很多張照片，都沒辦法成功捕捉到他的身影。

　　As you can see, it is a home of white egrets.  There are many white egrets flying around. Unfortunately, they  fly  too quickly to take a clear picture.

　　這所由佛光山創辦的國小，外觀十分漂亮，在藍天白雲下可以看到後面綿延的山，非常寧靜也讓人感覺舒服。

　　This is the elementary  school made by  Fo Guang Shan.  Under the blue sky, we can see  the mountain. 

　　騎著騎著，順騎自然的解說員告訴我們會有一個小驚喜哦！放眼看去，原來青青草原中竟然有黃牛，他們很可愛也很乖，除此之外，他們還很認真吃草！

　　Then, we saw  three cattles on  the grassland.  They are so cute and  good. 

　　在這趟兩小時的旅程中，雖然我們沒有按照順騎自然安排的路線，但還是看到了好山好水的埔里：滿滿的茭白筍田、百香果、甘蔗、番茄，此外，還有歷史故事的義女廟，不僅可以體驗最大自然的埔里還可以了解埔里的人文故事，最重要的是還租到很好騎的單車，讓我們雖然騎了兩個小時但一點都不覺得累哦～

　　Although we did not follow the route which 545 bike planned, we still saw the good scenary in Puli. For example: water bamboo farmland and historical attractions. Riding on bicycle is comfortable and fun but now the weather is getting  so hot that we must be careful for having a heat stroke.
